- BOButch OverbyMay 31, 20181.0Have other poster beat ordered pool January 27 paid over half then paid for the rest in March. Wife started calling in May they said in January by the nice store manager in Ottawa only 5 or 6 ahead of us get it in early. Last week they called us going to get it by the weekend. Wife called Friday got answering machine. Called Saturday message said do high volume of calls leave message or Email did both. Same thing Sunday nobody returned anything. Come home Tuesday pool crew there to install pool no warning they were coming they left message on home phone before they left wife and I both working. When I showed up said they couldn't put pool in water in hole I told workers whatever they needed to do get pool in do it. Went and got pump got hole dry started to assemble pool I asked them when tanker truck with water was supposed to be there said nobody said anything about water. Told me had to take down what they had up with storms coming could blow in pool and damage it. Gave them my cellphone number and told them whoever is the boss to call me me not very happy at this point. No phone call finally lost temper drove to Ottawa next day had it out with the Vice President said things I regret saying but had enough wanted money back gave it to me. Never once apologized for not returning phone calls or emails or what would it take to make it right.I would run from this place any business that does not have the common courtesy to return phone calls is a bad business
