  DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS STORE. The lady is shoe department was very kind to our kids and brought out stickers. The other employee were quite the opposite. One employee came running out of back to tell our kids to stop running. We were right next to them. Also, no other customer in the store. I will not be back to this location. They are not friendly towards children. I did not buy anything from them and will shop elsewhere.

  Truly loved going to this store! After buying a $450 jacket. My 4 year ago son sat on a bike that was on the floor. A employee asked him to get off. I returned the jacket. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

  I had the best first experience in REI OPK! I don’t recall the First Gentleman who helped me in the hiking boots dept glasses with darker hair he was helpful and then Pam took over and she was AMAZING very knowledgeable and thorough and I could tell she really enjoys what she does. She answered all my questions and some in great detail! I then asked another gentleman for assistance with gloves and he was beyond kind and helpful, took his time and helped me . I don’t recall his name but he had a green hat on, glasses and braces! The vibe in the store was very relaxed and I didn’t feel as a burden or rushed as I would in MOST stores these days. I felt I was welcomed to take my time to shop and encouraged to. Thank you REI OPK I’m excited to return for my next purchase.
