I don’t recall the First Gentleman who helped me in the hiking boots dept glasses with darker hair he was helpful and then Pam took over and she was AMAZING very knowledgeable and thorough and I could tell she really enjoys what she does. She answered all my questions and some in great detail! I then asked another gentleman for assistance with gloves and he was beyond kind and helpful, took his time and helped me . I don’t recall his name but he had a green hat on, glasses and braces! The vibe in the store was very relaxed and I didn’t feel as a burden or rushed as I would in MOST stores these days. I felt I was welcomed to take my time to shop and encouraged to. Thank you REI OPK I’m excited to return for my next purchase.

I would soon meet employee “Frank” who was very knowledgeable about store merchandise, willing to demonstrate its assembly. Not all REI locations are created equal… it’s the employees who make u feel welcome and get u to return. The store was very clean and observed merchandise displayed well throughout! I definitely recommend this location and become a member if you aren’t already!! 👍👍😁🇺🇸🛶🏕️🧗🏽♂️🚵🏻♀️
