Checked out this location when we were in town and were shocked at the poor customer service we received in the shoe department (his name might have been Cecil?). He kept contradicting us, was unfriendly, and every time we asked to try on a pair of shoes he came up with reasons he couldn’t bring them to us. We ultimately left the store without buying anything due to the terrible experience. Usually REi employees are so friendly and that was not the experience here.

IYou try to shop local and get burned. I will stick online purchases from now on.

And she proceeds to walk away like I’m not even here. Terrible customer service. I will never come here again for any cycling needs. I recommend going to Erik’s around the corner. Better selection anyway. And I will tell any who listen about REI. Never again.
