- SSStefan S4 days ago5.0Had a great experience picking up my new bike and gear yesterday. In total, four different employees helped me, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to the guy working in the back in the bike shop on Saturday afternoon around 5-6 PM. He helped install my new pedals and bottle cages, and he was extremely knowledgeable. It was clear he had a lot of experience. He took the time to explain what makes sense to add to a new bike, what might not be necessary right away, and the best way to position certain things. That kind of practical advice was really helpful when making decisions. Really appreciate the help and the overall great experience!
