- JFJerry FountainNov 11, 20185.0Great "hidden" camping so close to the city. Tent camping primarily but also has several bunk room style cabins (unheated) and one heated cabin. Office on site with some supplies and firewood for sale. Bathrooms are heated making this a good choice for year round camping. Big pavilion but be sure to reserve it if it's critical to your plans. There is a nature trail from the camp to the river where a much longer trail then follows the river. Awesome for Scout camping, youth groups, etc.
