Is it worth to spend this amount for an hour of bowling? The guy in the front desk said 10$ per game, not per person. I went by front desk around 8pm when we were done to change to unlimited games, they said just keep playing. .. they didn't inform us that we will be charged more at that time. Very disappointed. Also, dirty toilets!

Absolutely disappointed with service and maintenance. Had an 18 person group on new years day. First, the tables at the our lanes (1&2) weren't cleaned. We had to clear up the leftover sodas and plates ourselves. Second, lane 2 had technical issues were it wasn't operating correctly at the beginning. We reported issue but no one attended. Finally, ordered the ultimate sampler at 6:30. 6:50 checked status and informed took about 15-20 minutes to prepare. Saw food being cooked in fryer. 7:05, checked again and was informed the food would be out soon. Fryers were finished and a worker was plating the food. 7:15 checked again and was told food was ready to be walked to our table. 7:20 requested refund to order and cancelation. They told me food was ready. Told them it was too late. A manager arrived and had to cancel my entire order, but had to charge me $3 for the bottled water ordered originally with ultimate platter. Zero intention to return to the Niles location in the future.

The staff was not particularly welcoming; there was little friendliness or smiling. Our group had nine people, though my mother was not bowling, and an employee came over to count our shoes to confirm the number, which felt unnecessary. The food quality was disappointing. The pizza was burnt, the chicken wings were overly hard, and the menu options and policies were unusual—for example, a pitcher of lemonade was only available if pizza was ordered. The cost was also very high. We paid $290 for eight people to bowl 2.5 games. At that price point, it becomes difficult for families to bring children regularly without spending a significant amount.

Its very big. 30 lanes or something. It's very busy. You can supposedly reserve online, but we had issues with the payment going through, so we just drove over and got a lane, but we weren't able to use the promotion code - it's only for online reservations. They do have bumpers, and they can activate them for only the members of your party who need them. It's a good system. When you pay for the lane you have it for hours and the price includes shoes.

Absolutely ridiculous price gouging at this place. First time trying it out. We had 4 adults and 2 kids under 3 one being a 1 year old who can barely walk. We were there all of 45 minutes and bowled 1 and a half games. So fine round up to 2 games I guess. I go up to pay and I should of been paying more attention. The guy behind the counter seemed to be training someone and was punching numbers for a good minute before somehow coming to the grand total of $152!! Like excuse me? I know it should of registered at the counter but my mind was elsewhere and trying to watch a couple kids. Niles Bowlero how is this at all acceptable? Charging me for 10 games?? Of course cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone either. I’d love for the owner to give me ring or contact info to make this right. How is anyone to suppose to even enjoy hobbies anymore with this kind of price gouging. You don’t even know what you are paying for, 0 explanations from staff, just some obscure total after punching numbers . Lanes 27, and 28 at around 5:30pm on 12/24. Receipt attached to this review. Plan on honestly disputing this with my bank if I don’t hear anything. Super dissapointing, unless they make it right a fair warning to stay away. Sad way to conduct what is suppose to be a family friendly business.
