Unfortunately a waste of money. Inaccurate scoring for bowling. Staff are aware, but it’s a “it is what it is” thing across all their lanes. Pins aren’t free standing. Multiple times we bowled a strike and it didn’t count all the pins. All drinks whether alcoholic or not are filled to the brim with ice. Mixed drinks weren’t even filled all the way with soda. Find an independent bowling alley instead.

Manager at Lucky Strike Naperville Clearly Doesn’t Care About Customers - Had a really poor customer service experience today. My new arcade card slipped into the Air Hockey machine and got stuck. The attendant tried to help, but the manager refused to replace the card and was extremely cold and unhelpful when I spoke with him. He just gave me a blank card instead of actually resolving the issue. I’ve been coming here since it was Bowlero and the old staff was much more customer-focused. Very disappointed.

I love this place now! The staff that they have is quite an asset. Quite a few people are happy to help and in the past I felt like a bother. I’ve never seen it so busy, yet I never felt ignored. While everyone was wonderful, in the last week with two trips there are three people who stood out. The first one is Sebastian. He wasn’t my server but saw I was waiting and took the time to make sure everyone waiting was taken care of. I’d 100% hire him. Next is Eli, she is so sweet and we needed a lot of service to our lane and she never once acted annoyed. I can’t forget the bar tender Isela. When she was SLAMMED, she immediately let me know she will be will be with me and reminded me she didn’t forget about me later on. She got back to me quickly but it was her process that I don’t see very often. I can’t wait to come back. Sidenote: The chicken tenders are good. I’m picky with meat but those were decent. I’m not a fan of fried foods in general but these did the trick for our snack. Remind a year ago, I wouldn’t have left a review. It was just bad all around for me. My only complaint is they have broken arcade games frequently.

I LOVED visiting Lucky Strike Bowling in Naperville!! My flag football team needed to do some “team bonding” during our bye week and bowling & laser tag won out in the poll. I was able to get a Groupon for the team (2 hours of bowling for $14 each!). It was accepted willingly by the Lucky Strike Staff who were AMAZING! I spoke to Fernando on the phone to get confirmation of open lanes and he was so nice! Then we got suited up (minion style) in our bowling gear and was off to play with the help of Joaquin. Fernando recommended the two pitchers and two pizzas to my group and it was delicious and very cost effective for my group of 12. Thanks Angeline for the great service for our rowdy group. We loved being able to end the night with some Laser Tag and appreciated Marie for helping us have a blast. Yay lucky strike!!

I figured we'd try this place because it had a new branding, Lucky Strike. Big mistake. First, they swapped their pins from regular free standing pins to pins with a string on them. It makes the bowling feel cheap and you can tell that it has an effect on the way the pins move. It feels neutered and at times you feel like you were cheated out of pins and other times you can clearly see that the strings caused some pins to fall down that shouldn't have. We even got a few gutter balls where the ball would still knock down pins because they were placed too far to over. Second, they have these giant TVs right above the pins in the back. This causes a horrible glare off of the lanes causing it harder to aim and if there is a lot of movement on the screen then the lane becomes super distracting because instead of seeing the lane you basically see a bunch of moving reflections. Third, the lane itself was trash, and this wasn't the only bad lane. Attached you can see a picture and video showing the quality of the lane just before the bowling pins. The lane has a raised broken lip at the end causing the bowling ball to go airborne before ever hitting a pin. Fourth, we are casual bowlers and don't have our own balls. So we just use what the bowling alley provides. They have a very small selection of bowling balls provided and only 2 drill hole sizes for each weight provided. So if you are strong but have smaller hands then your fingers won't fit well. If you have larger hands but don't use a heavy ball then your fingers won't fit well either. I went on a Friday around 6pm. It was buy 2 get 1 game free which, after shoes and tax, came to about $34 per person. Overall, this was quite literally the worst bowling alley I have ever been to, so much so that I felt inclined to take pictures and write this review.
