- SKSarah KleinmanJan 28, 20262.0Today was our first time taking our kids bowling. We headed to Classic bowl as it was local and seemed to have decent reviews. I was unclear on what made the most sense in terms of paying per game/per hour as we'd never bowled as a family before. We ended up paying for one hour for 2 adults and 5 kids. The front desk did not tell us that lanes had a max of 6 people, so we were charged for two lanes without us realizing at the time of payment. This was really upsetting as one of our kids is 2 and didn't truly bowl. We wouldn't have included her in our headcount if we'd been told this would bump us to two lanes. This cost us an extra $40 for no reason. $129 for one hour of bowling is really steep and would definitely prevent us from returning to this alley.
