I came with 12 kids and 8 adults at around 8pm on a Friday. There is a bouncer at the door who looked and sounded like a member of the proud boys. He was extremely rude to us and said you have to have a reservation. When we called before coming, no one told us that. We were turned away and the guy basically told us to get out of there. NEVER GOING BACK!

Unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star. Let’s start off with the medal detectors when you first walk in this place! The employees at the front desk have zero clue about running the desk and or customer service! They do not honor the game time, keeping others waiting for a lane. Their drinks and food were pretty gross as we waited. Save your money and find another establishment where you don’t need to walk through medal detectors or deal with idiots.

I was an out of town visitor to this bowing alley, and I shall say, it was not an enjoyable experience. Few things, you either put up the lane guard or not, making it difficult for older people who don’t want gutters, they would have gutter protection if one person in their group needed it. The selection of house balls were horrible and had may dents and nicks. Lastly, the lanes were not waxed, making it hard for any competition on the lanes. The staff were nice but it was definitely understaffed. The two men who worked there, were drinking and on their phones. Definitely not coming back or recommending this Bowlero, and I hope management fixes these mistakes. Also, parking lot is in really bad shape.

I planned a get together at the Bowlero Lyons location and was disappointed with the experience at the front desk. When I asked about using a pool table, I was told there was a waitlist, even though one had been sitting empty for quite some time. When I mentioned this, I was told it “didn’t matter” because the next group on the waitlist hadn’t been contacted yet. What made it more frustrating was that the group playing at the pool table next to the empty one mentioned they were never put on a waitlist and were simply given the equipment to play.I understand that policies are in place, but the main issue was the tone of the interaction, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Furthermore when someone in my party needed to use the washroom, they were blocked and told feces had been smeared all over the walls by employees….but when my husband checked that wasn’t the case. The walls were fine. They lied for no apparent reason. Both situations could have been handled much more respectfully.
