Reed's Canoe Trips provide people of all ages with an adventure close to home. The three trips we offer range in length from approximately 2 hours to a full 6 hours on the water, and are suitable for either new or experienced canoeists.

- KSKris SalmonsSep 8, 20255.0Our 14-person group had the best 5-hour canoe trip on the Kankakee river, thanks to the Reed's crew. They shuttled all of us from their office to the launch in Momence and picked us up at the river exit in Aroma Park. Reed's provided us with a map of the whole route and informed us of checkpoints along the way. They provided all necessary equipment and even offered helpful accessories (waterproof bags, cushions, etc.) We can't wait to do it again!!

How late do you run?
We run trips until October as long as the water level does not get too low.
Can I bring my own canoe/kayak?
Yes, the price for that would be half of the normal trip price.
What are your prices?
Trip 2, 6 miles is $63 per canoe, $40 per single kayak, and $69 per double kayak.
Trip 3, 12 miles is $69 per canoe, $46 per single kayak, and $79 per double kayak.
What time do your trips go out?
Trip 2 - 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30.
Trip 3 - 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30
