my wife and i went there last wednesday.nov 12th.we arrived about 10:45 am. tried to swipe our cards and to enter the hourly drawings for seniors, none of the kiosks were working.asked workers and nobody could help.finally was able to around 12.we missed the first couple of drawings.then we tried to use our $20 each for our lunch, went to the espn restaurant and was told they are not seating anyone, said people are waiting over an hour for food.so we went to antigue taco and spent our cash on burnt tacos. not going back

Looking at the floor it's like being at work almost no one having fun and just starting at screens. The drinks are heavily over priced for what you get. There is nothing to pull you into playing. The only positive is the lounge with live music. That was the only place seeing people enjoy this place. But the music was way too loud! Being in old Vegas and the fun I have had there this place can't even come close. This is the only casino I never lost money at and it felt overall depressing being there. This place was a huge disappointment and sadly would never recommend it to anyone. :(

Sorlina was nothing other than regular food. I made a reservation. Got there and the place was dead. Thursday night. Could have sat anywhere. The servers and staff were wayyy under dressed. Jeans and a flannel. Sloppy looking to say the least. 18 dollar glasses of wine didn't go with the look of the staff. If your going to overcharge atleast make the atmosphere match the prices. Don't have the staff look like we're at cracker barrel. Dont get money from the ATM either. I found out the hard way. 10.00 to take money out. Its bad enough all your games are rigged. I seen nobody winning in the 3 hours I was there. First and last time id go there.

Absolutely horrible experience. $25 roulette minimums but they refuse to let you bet $1 denominations unless it was a $15 table which they have only one. 3 $25 minimum tables with no one betting at and everyone crowded around the one $15 minimum. Absolutely greedy ill still lose my money they just want me too faster. Also the bakery closes early for the day. The staff at the ESPN bet bar was amazing at least but not as good as a viewing experience as the old Hollywood casino. Going to be going to Windcreek or Harrahs from now on.
