Our balls got stuck at one point, but one of the younger mechanics was quick to help and very friendly which we really appreciated. The only reason for taking off one star is that the food is pretty overpriced.

There were at least 10 lanes open and said that we could not get a lane till 8 PM. What is the deal with that? Will never waste my time going here again as there are other bowling alleys in the area that will take me right away just for one game. Whatever, it is what it is.

However, we had been there since three and were done before 5. Then they charge us $10 per game. We did get a refund but then were told it was $7.99 a game. The lady at the front told us it was $6 a game. Very misleading. Don’t recommend going there.

We had 3 lanes, purchased the unlimited package and the kids all recieved an arcade game card in which we made those their goodie bags. The lady putting out our food was nice and we never ran out of things. The women at the front counter and the arcade counter where friendly. The place was clean and well organized. 10/10 experience for us! Thank you for helping give our 5 year old, "the best birthday evaaa!" <--her words.
