  Me and my family had an amazing time at bowlero, great food, the drinks were really good, the staffs were nice, and me and my kids had a lot of fun.

  Very disappointing experience at Bolero Glendale Heights. The front desk staff was extremely arrogant and unwelcoming, which set a bad tone right from the start. It felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

  Absolutely terrible experience. Our server, Kaylee P, was one of the rudest and most unprofessional servers I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we sat down, the attitude was obvious, dismissive, cold, and completely uninterested in doing her job. We were treated noticeably differently compared to other customers around us, which made the whole situation feel uncomfortable and unacceptable. Basic requests felt like a burden to her, and the lack of respect was honestly shocking. For a place charging over $100, you’d expect at least basic customer service instead we got attitude, poor service, and a ruined night. Management seriously needs to step in because this kind of behavior drives customers away fast. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before coming here if this is the level of service you can expect.
