  I was impressed with the overall experience I had selling my coins. Patrick was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I felt that I was treated fairly with the price I received for my coins. I will definitely visit again and will also tell my family and friends about the great service.

  I traded in gold bars for cash. The offer was completely fair and there were no need for back and forth counter offers. The process was simple and straight to the point. I was in and out. It couldn't have been no more than about 7 minutes from start to finish. I highly recommend if you want a fair offer for both parties.

  They are shady they give one price and you go in to pick it up the give you a much higher price. Very shady this location. Don’t trust this location. Greedy.

  PGS staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and will give you a very fair price for your gold, silver, coins, and valuables. We did not feel rushed and came back for a second time and plan to return again in the near future. Trust is key in this business, and PGS earns your trust each visit.

  EDIT: in response to this business trying to gaslight to get rid of my review - my review is VERY REAL AND VERY ACCURATE. This is why no one can see many bad reviews on this place because they claim any negative reviews are fake. THIS IS THE TYPE OF BEHAVIOR I WAS TALKING ABOUT IN MY REVIEW!! You say you have no record yet you don't even know when I came in. This review is as real as the fact that this place will definitely try to get one over on you (like they are trying to do with this "response") ✌🏼 I have hardly ever made a review but this place was uncomfortable. We walked in and the guys there just stared at us, I guess waiting for one of us to say something? Then I said I wanted to see what an offer would be on some silver and all we got was "okay". We were not directed or asked to have a seat, we sat ourselves in front of the person who responded and the whole time I felt like I was dealing with an older mafia bro used car salesman - it was all "people come in and think "insert item" is worth a lot but with all the "random examples" the value isn't nearly what people expect it to be. A lot of that talking down the value of things, constantly, all the while picking up and dropping the pieces we brought on the felt covered magnet and scale. You will definitely be lowballed here and I do not recommend this place for people who are perceived to be an easy pushover (women, elderly, etc.)
