The store is a family owned business operated by Kevin Wasmer. We are members of the ANA (American Numismatic Association), the CSNS (Central States Numismatic Association), and ILNA (Illinois Numismatic Association). A wide selection of US and Foreign coins, precious metals, paper money as well as hobby supplies and collectibles are available for collectors. - SSSteveDec 19, 20185.0I met Kevin at a local coin show that I later found out he runs. I bought a double eagle gold slabbed coin and when I got home I realized the Hologram was mostly peeled off. This happens on older holders from time to time. The now they put them inside the holder to avoid this issue. I was upset and called Kevin. Kevin called me back the next morning and could not have been nicer or more professional. He said if I was not happy he would of course refund in full, no problem at all. I live a long way away and he suggested dropping it at a local dealer we both know well and trust. I did more research and found this serial number of slab sold twice with the exact hologram issue. Bottom line due to the level of service, and what I found, I ended keeping the coin. After all I am buying the coin not the holder (which can get re-slabbed later should I want to). Kevin and his business is GRADE A and a First Class operation. Keep up the excellent service and you will surely succeed :) Steve
