First time visiting Chicago and we came to watch a sporting event here. Aidan was our bartender and provided fantastic service. He was very personable and friendly. Atmosphere here was great with plenty of arcade games and bowling. Would definitely come back again!

Came in on a busy Friday night and the bartender Jose honestly made the whole experience better. Even with a full crowd, they stayed quick and organized, and we never had to wait long for drinks. Super friendly and easy to talk to they kept the energy fun which fit perfectly with the bowling vibe. They even recommended a drink that ended up being one of my favorites of the night. Definitely one of the best parts of the visit. I’d come back and sit at the bar again for sure. Thank you to Jose!

*Strictly Food and Service related review**
Came to Luck Strike this evening after watching a movie. We didnt bowl or play any of their many arcade style games. Just came for the food. Our servers name was Aiden. Service was prompt, drinks kept coming, and food came out surprisingly fast. I had the double smash burger, my GF had the bacon Aioli steak sandwich, and her daughter shared the ultimate sampler. The food was absolutely flavorful amd the portions were pretty big. Definitely coming back!!

Horrible first time experience for a party event of 14 guest. Spend $1000 on the event. I understand it's busy and I usually don't leave bad reviews, but the service was unfortunate Extremely slow and you are only timed two hours for the event also, please know that the cocktail tickets included in the premium packets are only to be used within those two hours which we were never informed by the waitress. We spoke about it with the manager to allow us at least to use the last three tickets a few minutes after our two hour event and I did not appreciate the manager, Joseline's tone and attitude
explaining the policy. definitely lacks customer service. and it's unfortunate and unprofessional coming from the Manager, Joseline. Disappointed how I couldn’t use the tickets there were already paid for and included in the premium event. overall, I thought celebrating in a bowling alley downtown would've been a better experience being a tourist area buy apparently you get better service at a suburb, very disappointed. First and last time at this location. However, shout out to a worker who was extremely Nice, helpful and polite of the whole situation, Justin.
