The pricing model and transparency of such is insanely ridiculous. You charge WAY more in person for bowling than if you reserve online WITHOUT mentioning this difference anywhere. I asked if they could point out where this info is stated, which even the front desk said they didn’t know. Not worth the time and absolutely not worth the money. You’ll have a better time bowling rocks down Addison.

The manger name Sabrina told us after waiting a hour for us that she can’t do anything for us. After waiting for her for a hour , she made me feel like anything I said was wrong. Then the lady asked me did the manager fix it . She said as sweet her name was destiny and she helped the whole time. He manager said the game been broke for months but she can’t refund us out points

Really bad service. We just wanted to go play at the arcade and they pushed us away after coming from the christkindel market. They also had absolutely awful music playing. I wouldn't go back here with anyone. The person checking out id's seemed extremely scrutinizing, he analyzed my ID for extended period of time. It almost felt like my family was the wrong crowd and he didn't want us there. My mom felt the same exact way.

I recently hosted a sales team event at Lucky Strike Waveland Bowl on Addison, and I’m thoroughly disappointed. I paid $300 for the event, and upon arriving an hour late, I was immediately accused of being belligerent, despite not consuming any alcohol. I offered a breathalyzer, but my drink was taken away, and I was told I couldn’t drink further. The manager, Ashton, was unhelpful and made false accusations, even claiming I had spit in his face. Additionally, my server, Leo, disrespected me by telling coworkers that I was drunk, even though I hadn’t been drinking. I was simply trying to have a good time, and I left that night feeling disappointed and with a loss of respect from my coworkers, which has now affected me career-wise. My 20 coworkers and I will not be returning to Lucky Strike in the future, and I would appreciate a phone call from HR to address this matter. Overall, I believe I deserve a refund for the event.

I visited Lucky Strike Wrigley yesterday with my coworkers, and it was easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. What was meant to be a fun team outing turned into over two hours of frustration.
The Service:
• Ridiculous Wait Times: It took 1 hour and 15 minutes just for my beer to arrive at the table.
• Missing & Incorrect Orders: Two of us in our group never received our food at all. After waiting over 2 hours, my coworker finally received his meal, but it was the wrong order—he requested a Caesar salad and was served a wrap instead.
• Total Neglect: My chicken bowl never arrived, even after waiting for more than 2 hours.
The Management:
The most disappointing part of the night was the management. We asked to speak with the manager, Christina, to resolve the issues. Not only was she unhelpful, but she was also incredibly rude and dismissive. She clearly had no interest in hearing our concerns or making things right.
Between the non-existent service and the hostile management, I cannot recommend this place. There are plenty of other spots around Wrigleyville that actually value their customers. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
