The app is trash. I've tried to use coupons several times. I only get error messages saying I need to be in the store while I'm standing at the register. Also can't scan the points codes without a hassle. Shame on you lucky strike. For what I pay ill smoke Marlboro. You've lost a long time customer

Was in town for a family vacation. The facility itself was nice. Nice lanes and fun arcade for the kids. The service at the bowling alley was poor. Took 15minutes to even get acknowledged. Server spent more time at the bar with other employees then paying attention to guests. Came over to the lane one time on his own without having to be tracked down. Made sure after the fact to make us aware there was a 18% service charge applied to a group of 3. Guess they dont have to focus on service when the tip is already gauranteed. Highly unlikley we return here next time in town.

We went here for a work event after a conference. It was pretty fun! The music was a little excessive and loud though and that put a damper on the fun. The bowling was great and the arcade looked fun. The good was kind of okay, it seemed too fancy for a bowling alley and just didn't hit right. But I would definitely try visiting this again if I'm in the area.
