If I could I would give them a Zero, The Bartender was very rude, it seems like he had a long day. We were a group of 4 he took 2 of our orders and left my sister hanging. I ask him to make me a tequila drink, his exact words were I mean what do you want orange, cranberry juice or soda etc.., it seem as if they were short of staff and they just put him behind the bar. Than Ivan the manager came and didn’t make it no better. He served my sister told her Hennessy was $19 a shot and my bartender told me $19 each. How are yall not on the same page. How much we are paying for shots and drink you would think we would be treated better. I’ll never come back. The liquor was watered down. Downtown Chicago. This the special drink he made me lol

Hi Folks, The original FTW Arcade, in the same building as AMC THEATER and LUCKY STRIKE has closed. FTW has moved their arcade games across the hall to LUCKY STRIKE Bowling, Bar, and Arcade. So it’s the same brand, same owners (Bowlero) and same company, same building, they just moved ten paces away. Their other location is across the street from Wrigley Field and above Do Rite Doughnuts, that is Lucky Strike as well. That is accessible by Red Line and by the number 22 Clark Street bus. They are handicapped accessible.

Many of the games were out of service and the kiddos did not get to experience some of the games they were excited to go play. 20 games to be exact were marked "out of service" and 2 that weren't working properly but not marked as such. **Edit. Brought down to 1 star after a week of no response from the business after telling me to email them. Seems though as if even their customer support doesn't have good service. Very unfortunate. ☹️😩

The security guard at the door was EXTREMELY RUDE to my group and I. All we did was walk up and start putting our stuff on the table to walk through the metal detector and he kept saying we were wasting his time by not doing it fast enough. He was also throwing our IDs on the table after checking them. When we told the people inside they said we were the 3rd group to say that yet they still didn’t care and said he worked for the building not for them. Don’t come here unless you want to be humiliated. Btw this was 2/20/26 around 8 pm tall bald security.

The lucky strike was a very good place. The only thing that take it down from 5 to 4 stars is the way reservations work (not at all a diss on the works and servers, you folks were fantastic!! ✌🏽) If it were per person and payable at the desk that would have made things a little easier and the price for shoes and reservation in general were a lot but I recommend it still for big party’s that have Venmo’s etc. The food was pretty good (a little expensive) but months less tasty and a nice way to bond with friends and loved ones!! We did not do arcade and or any other fun activities there but maybe next time we can have even more fun!! All and all, good place to have friends hang out and bowl!! 🫰🏽☺️
