Security would not let my group in because a person with a health condition had liquid medicine in a bottle with them to be consumed at a specific time. Security said no outside food or drink and would not listen to us when we said that this was not technically a drink. Rudely and carelessly turned us away when we asked if they could please make an exception for a bottle of liquid medicine.
So make sure you're a perfect person with perfect health before coming here, because people with less than perfect health are not welcome. Needless to say, a more accommodating venue now has our business.

Did a large team event here’s. 100% would never go back. The sales team isn’t connected at all with the team that’s running the event, and no one can explain what’s on the contract. We just heard — “we get a lot of complaints about that.” The waitress we had was outstanding, but the cleanup team literally sat in our space on the chairs and played the games we were charged for. They even knocked over our team’s drinks while they were playing the games. I guess we paid for an event for our team and for their team too — pretty upsetting when they charge you a 22% “event fee” (apparently doesn’t cover gratuity either which no one can explain).
Again — would never recommend this spot for an event. So many better places nearby, and their team is totally uncoordinated.

The experience was terrible. The manager Trey was incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My party had a reservation for a work event, when we arrived my coworker and I explained that we had a work tab and that we would be ordering drinks off that tab. He then explained we would have to order in a separate section of the bar. We did. However once we ordered he told us that we would have to put down a card for the entire party after we attempted to explain that our reservation was already created by our company. I put my card down but then asked if all the drinks could be put under the lane tab. The manager explained that he would not put them under our reservation tab because “The bartender wants her tip”. When I requested the tabs be combined, he attempted to pull me away from my coworkers and when I refused and asked what he wanted he said he didn’t want the conversation watched and referred to me as “aggressive” for requesting the tabs be combined. He then insinuated that my coworkers and I were attempting to steal food and drinks. He also got uncomfortably close to me when he was speaking. He made misogynistic comments about me to my coworker (saying “Women am I right?”), followed me around the bowling alley in an attempt to intimidate me into paying personally for the reservation and the food and drinks my other coworkers had ordered. This was after I explained that it was a company reservation with a separate card. One of my coworkers was made so uncomfortable by his disrespectful remarks about women that he left. Additionally our reservation was late as the lanes were not ready when we arrived at our scheduled time. Our server was perfectly lovely however and the woman and man running the counters at the arcade were very polite and sweet. I am certain they could give Trey and the bartender a lesson or two in customer service.

I visited with my family beginning of December, I spent $130+ for me and my 2 daughters to bowl… first of all that’s a bit ridiculous, never imagined I’d spend that much for 3 people to rent shoes and play 2games. Aside from the asymmetrical price my children and I were placed in a lane where there was a large load bearing post directly obstructing our view of the lane and our score screen, if you were to be seated. I could understand if the bowling alley was full at the time we were there, but it wasn’t. There was no reason to put us in such an aggravating spot. The next day I received a survey and an email inquiring about our visit; I expressed my concern and was never even sent an apology. I just don’t see what the purpose of reaching out was! I waited all this time to give a review because I assumed I’d at the very least receive an apology, seems I was mistaken! Needless to say I won’t be back! And I’ll tell everyone I know not to go there! Our server was awesome though, so shout out to him!!

12.25.2025 — 19:20. Worst Christmas ever. The receptionist (Vanissa) was terrible and racist. We wanted to play pool first, but she said they had no available tables and that all of them were reserved. So we had no choice and chose bowling instead. Then we noticed that only three tables were being used (they have eight tables). We asked a server if there were any free tables to play on, and she said yes, they had tables available. When we went back to the receptionist, her attitude toward us was extremely dominant and rude. She was almost screaming at us. She kept saying, “You paid for bowling, all tables are reserved.”
Surprisingly, she then gave us a pool table. When we asked which table, she said “any table.” How does that make sense? If all tables were reserved, she wouldn’t have told us to choose any table.
Her vibe and attitude completely ruined our Christmas. It felt really discriminatory.
