  The staff at Bucktown always goes above and beyond! I have made the Bucktown location my permanent home! Deanna John and managers Phil and Eric always get me into a clean bay asap. If you’re looking for a fun weekend spot to golf chill and have some great cocktails check out the 5i in Bucktown!

  Place was completely understaffed for a Friday night. Took over an hour to order a beer at the bay, then the bar. Literally waved down a guy a few times and was completely ignored. The food was the worst. Burnt hockey puck of a chicken sandwich. Purely inedible and disgusting. Paying for bays and tabs was near to impossible. Management needs to figure it out quick because the price and service are terrible. Get more staff and train them immediately or don’t even offer food. Skip this place and go to top golf instead.

  Honestly, first time at the bucktown 5iron and the service was incredible overall. From the bartender to the team assisting with the golf sim. Very impressed after going there tonight.

  Overall the whole simulator aspect is cool. Staff isn’t attentive, not really sure if it’s because they didn’t have enough people but we were approached maybe 2 times in the 2 hours we were there. Food was mediocre at best and we were getting conflicting information about how the tab was being handled. I can’t really put this on the staff entirely because everything negative I have to say usually has to do with poor training, leadership, and probably low pay. Won’t be back, hope you all figure it out 🖖🏻

  Kyle Carter is a really good teacher. He fixed some subtle and not so subtle swing flaws. Now, I hit the ball straighter, further and more consistently (at least according to the Trackman!) Based on the quality of the ball contact, it seems likely that it will translate well to playing outdoors whenever the weather permits.
