I had a disappointing experience at Bowlero, primarily due to pricing and service. The bar pricing felt excessive relative to what was delivered. The tequila pour was extremely light, and the overall value did not align with the cost. I was also charged over $8 for a Sprite, along with a mandatory add on that was low quality and did not improve the experience. When I raised these concerns with the bartender, the response was indifferent and not customer focused, which added to the frustration. I understand venues have overhead and pricing strategies, but consistency, transparency, and basic hospitality still matter. I hope management reviews bar pricing, portion standards, and service expectations so the experience better matches what guests are paying.

I’ve been coming here since the Escape days and always loved bringing my family—until recently, when a lack of service completely ruined our experience. The bartender (I believe her name was Kristin) was inattentive and outright rude, along with the manager (Travis). When I tried to make a suggestion, his attitude was unfriendly and completely dismissive. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a manager who clearly has no understanding of customer service, and shouldn’t be in this position because of it. It’s truly sad to see a place with so much potential suffer because of poor management, which will continue to drive away loyal customers. If you care about customer service, I strongly suggest choosing a different place for your family unless ownership starts making the necessary changes. For the record, I usually leave only positive reviews, but this experience was so poor that I felt compelled to share it and, hopefully, prevent anyone else from going through the same thing.

The layout of the place is nice. The pins are tethered, Drinks were rather expensive. Overall this was a decent experience we took advantage of the bowling after 8pm for unlimited bowling.

I had the opportunity to visit this Bowlero location for a company holiday Christmas party and had a very nice time! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, even going the extra mile to ensure there was something available for my dietary needs. Unfortunately there are no pinball tables here, but I was able to play my best round of giant Pac-Man, adding my name to to scoreboard (boo yeah!)!

Absolutely horrible service! Sat at bar for 20 minutes with no service. Asked bartender for drinks for my wife & I as he passed by...no drinks...he continued to serve other people as they came to bar. Moved to other end of bar in desparate hope the other bartender may provide drinks.. nope...he left area. Now there's 4 people in my group with me...no service for another 20 minutes. A glimmer of hope when two bartenders or managers appeared behind bar...nope...they worked with a customer for 30 minutes on some kind of bar bill issue...I did ask them for drinks...but shockingly they never served us. After an hour, the original horrible bartender passed by and I asked for drinks for our crew...he had the nerve to say he didnt service that side of the bar which is ironic since he didnt service us on the other side either...he blew us off for another 10 minutes but finally took our order. This was absolutely the worst service possible...but who knows...some people may have waited 2 hours for a drink.
