My son went to a birthday party yesterday and he loved it so we decided to take the family last night and complete 360 from service issues, food issues, bar issues and especially management issues. Never had a manager talk to us with such disrespect. We never got our food and drinks and he talked to my wife and I like we were children. We will never be back and after talking to some friends, they will be canceling there scheduled parties they have booked.

Great Bowling Alley. This place is so much fun. It’s newer inside and super clean. Gas many bowling lanes, a big arcade, laser tag and great food! Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Would highly recommend!

Went last night and was told at 12:05am lasertag was closed. We decided to bowl and having a much needed out without the kids. Our lanes turned off at 12:41am. All we needed was 5 more minutes since we were on frame 8 and wanted to finish and the kid at the desk said no they were closing. We asked for a manager and the kid said he was busy. We left without finishing our game. We spend a lot of money in arcade, food, drinks and bowling and could not get a few more moments to finish our last game. Sign says 1am and we walked out 10 minutes before it said they even close. Thank you for ruining our night. We will go to a place that actually appreciates our money.

Dropped my daughter and her friend off at Bowlero on 2/11/26. They both received prizes for free bowling & lazertag from Twin Groves Middle School after getting the most chocolate bar sales in a fundraiser. She called me moments later hysterically crying saying they refused to honor them because they were expired. I told her to stay there and I called to speak with the manager and explained to him that the girls just received them last Friday from the school. He was very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional saying they were expired and would not honor them. I told the girls to stay and bowl and I would be right there to pay for it since they were so excited to be there. She called me again crying stating since she didn't have a credit card she could not bowl. Again, I called to speak with the manager and he said you need a credit card to get started. I told him I was on my way and he again was rude. Without a credit card the bowling lanes would not start which I dont believe at all. He already knew the situation and still refused. During the time for me to drive there he infront of the girls was on his cellphone(on speaker) saying horrible things about the situation like kids just are to cheap to pay, kids shouldn't be alone without a parent, hes not a babysitter, etc. After I got there a few moments later the attitude continued. We just left and went to Vernon Hills and they were outstanding and had nothing but respect, even congratulated the girls with an outstanding job at school. I did not get a name from the Buffalo Grove location of the manager since he refused to give it to me but he was young, Caucasian and blond hair. I did inform the school president of the situation and she will be reaching out to all the parents not to go to the Buffalo Grove location but to Vernon Hills or Deer Park instead.

Whats the point of having managers if they never respond to issues. Was their last night around 11pm and had service issues or should I say lack of. Wanted drinks from the bar and the bartender ignored us. Finally wanted to speak with a manager and the bartender laughed and still continued to speak to another employee. Then to find out it was the manager he was speaking with. This place is a joke. Ended up going to the gas station and getting our own drinks then finished bowling. If it wasn't so expensive to bowl, we all would have just left.
