The facility manager is quite scatterbrained, and frequently not on time to get the office open. A large group of us came in for long term stays, (the whole season) and some of us were charged $1,000/mo for lot rent, (corporate rates) and some of us that came were charged $1200/mo sitting right next to the ones paying $1,000. When we came Janet told us she raised the rent because she knew she could get it. At the time there were no other parks with openings. We moved at a later date to a park that was less expensive. We did not receive our "refundable" key card deposit as we were told we would. It magically changed to non-refundable when we left. The dust from being on an all gravel, full sun, unshaded lot was horrible. Never anyone available after hours on the property, if a problem arose. Calls go unanswered, and you never get a call back. Same with emails. We always saw people stranded at the gate who couldn't get in touch with anyone to let them in, along with people who couldn't find their sites because they're poorly marked. Power went out on one of the hottest days of the year and people with children were told they could not move to an open lot so they could have power. Several people purchased generators, and were not compensated at all. If you have a credit card on file, TURN IT OFF in between uses or you might find a surprise charge on it. I know that people reached out to corporate and were not given the courtesy of a callback, that shows a lot about a companies character.

This park just has a great vibe. From the second I pulled in, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Honestly, they make it easy, and that’s what you want when you’re rolling in with your rig. Sites are kept up nice, easy to work with, and the whole place feels well managed. Big bonus: they’ve even got on-site storage, which came in clutch and worked out perfectly for me. Not something you see everywhere, and it made a difference. Overall, this park is just solid. Chill atmosphere, people who actually care, and everything you need right there. Definitely recommend it if you’re passing through or looking for a spot to settle for a bit.

One of the best Thousand Trails parks that we've stayed at. Clean and well kept up.
