  The decision to remove the poker room in the new location is the reason for my rating. I was anticipating the opening of the new facility until I heard there would not be a poker room. Now I, and several other people I know, have no primary reason to go. It's unfortunate that they did not see the very large player pool that would have gone to the new room instead of going to Des Plaines or Elgin. Especially including the Joliet market that would have gone to the new Aurora location based on "location" and "convienience" alone. I will only being going to the new facility if they re-open poker. Not even the celebrity restaurants are enough to draw me in.

  Good drinks good machines cant wait to new one opens only complaint is it was 70 today walked in they had the heat on so hot and very uncomfortable every time i go they have the heat on blast especially today with 70 out was horrible

  If the rating had 0 I would pick that! The worst casino i have ever been to!!!! The have a machine to check ID's. If you have a cracked or broken ID you can't go in the casino and the employees are rude to you. They say "sorry, you have to Leave!". What happened to just looking at an ID? What's the point of having an ID if no one can ( a common sense person) look at an ID and tell they are over 21? What has this world coming to, I don't understand. We were told the "machine is a security thing" we were also told they could enter it manually, which didnt happen! Big surprise there. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! Ridiculous.

  Turned 30 March 8th. My ID technically expired that day but I had already been to another casino and a dispensary that morning and was told I was fine for the day. Get to this casino and they are standing there looking at me like goldfish with no idea of their policies. Had to call someone who also didn’t know policies and ended up denying me. Couldn’t answer why another Hollywood casino in another town would let me in but they can’t. The entire place reeks of musty mold the second you walk in. Seeing the nasty, uncleaned, outdated carpet covered in black smut should have been enough to make me turn around. Other casino locally let me in just fine. Train your employees and clean your facility.
