We are the largest bowling center in Illinois. We recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation that upgraded our 84 lanes with brand new Brunswick ProAnvil synthetic lane beds, and the latest AMF QUBICA scoring & entertainment system. Our bowling alley also has 4 lounges, including our nightspot “Club 300” that features daily drink specials, live entertainment, pool, darts, bags and shuffleboard, with multiple HDTVs. Building is well maintained and clean, and safe for family fun of all ages. We will definitely be back to bowl more often; can't wait to get him into a league!
- MMMariaDec 18, 20253.0Do NOT BOOK ONLINE!! THEY CHARGE $10 BOOKING FEE!!!! I booked a reservation for my husband and I to bowl and after checking out I was doing the math (yes I should have done that before submitting payment) but it didn’t make sense. There was a ten dollar fee and I brought it up at check in and the manager John confirmed that it was a booking fee. I would have given them a 1 star but John was friendly and reasonable. To add insult to injury- we ordered nachos, they were fine. Ya know, bowling alley nachos. Half of them were bare chips and I went up for a side of sour cream (it was in the description and we didn’t get it initially) and a side of salsa - and they wanted .60 for a side of salsa. Yeah, 60 cents is no big deal but it’s the principle that it should just be included with your bare minimum nachos. All of this to say, this place isn’t doing anything to bring customers back. It’s so disappointing. We wanted to like this place and I feel taken advantage of.

Not sure if it was management or another employee but a miscommunication that should’ve been handled privately was YELLED out in front of all patrons at the establishment. It FELT racially motivated as the only people of color at the establishment. They were watching us for the entire game.
