The technician made it worst and told me it was a twelve dollar rotor and i should expect it if i wanted to really fix it i should up grade. when i bought the bike the salesman bragged how great the bike was and addition to that my daughter bought one as well. He said they stood by there bikes but they treated me like i was an inconvenience. I tried to email the company but they are so overloaded with emails they are not excepting in new emails probably because of the bad service.
