Josiah Miller (bicycle tech) stopped everything to help me. After he diagnosed the problem, he ordered a special adaptor (to ensure proper brake fluid pressure) and contacted me when the adaptor came in. Overall, an outstanding service experience.

Do to the shortage of bikes, they had no mediums in the bike I wanted. They did inform me they had a medium in a different bike but it was out of my price range. I was in desperate need for a bike and chose to buy a bike that was slightly to big for me.
