They said they changed their return policy and due to "The amount of wear" they wouldn't honor their under a year and receipt return policy. That part would of been easier to swallow if the manager at the return counter wasn't extremely rude. I only bought boots from REI because they carried the ones I liked. But I'd rather hike barefoot than ever buy another thing from them again.

She patiently answered all my questions and even looked up specs for me—one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met!!

The guy takes the bike and doesn’t bring it back to the bike place where we got it.. basically hid it on us. We bought the bike (a different one that had to be sized for 20 minutes because it wasn’t the original we tried) , left the store, canceled our membership and we’ll never return or give you guys our business. Whether it’s company policy or not it’s petty. The two stars are for the shoe guy who was friendly, prompt and helpful. As well as the bike shop workers. They deserved 5*
