And if you dare question Mr. Expert, he will come out of his hole angry and fuming if you notice the work was not performed as requested and you ask for an adjustment. The guy was so rude I was expecting him to break my skis or throw them at me for asking. Refused to fix until I signed a waiver, which is fine, but the whole moaning and pissed off attitude isn't professional. A total jerk.
