- BJBrittney Johnston1 day ago2.0Came in to buy a bike for my toddler. Had him hop on one to try it out with training wheels. We were then told he wasn’t allowed on it. It caused a huge melt down. The guy takes the bike and doesn’t bring it back to the bike place where we got it.. basically hid it on us. We bought the bike (a different one that had to be sized for 20 minutes because it wasn’t the original we tried) , left the store, canceled our membership and we’ll never return or give you guys our business. Whether it’s company policy or not it’s petty. The two stars are for the shoe guy who was friendly, prompt and helpful. As well as the bike shop workers. They deserved 5*

I tried to use a dry bag on a one week trip and the bag ripped, and they were unwilling to return as that was deemed “wear and tear”, not issues with the product.
