The bigger issue was blatant overpricing and dishonest behavior when called out. The item we discussed was available brand new from the manufacturer for $499.99 with free shipping, yet Jacobsonās attempted to sell the same item used for $650 plus shipping and fees. When I pointed out this massive price difference and provided proof, it wasnāt addressed honestly or explained at all. Instead, communication stopped and I was blocked. Ignoring facts and cutting off customers rather than being transparent is not how an honest business operates. Trying to sell used inventory for well above new retail and then misrepresenting the situation when questioned is a huge red flag. Buyers should shop around, compare prices carefully, and consider supporting businesses that donāt rely on overpricing and dishonesty when customers do their homework.

The company replies to make you seem like the bad guy when youāve live in the area your whole life and have tried to buy and sell multiple guns to them and every time been gouged because theyāre willing to seemingly willing lose a customer and sale over $50. Also accusing me of throwing a temper tantrum is hilarious I changed my mind mid sale no hands or papers signed. All I said was if I wanna get ripped off that bad Iāll go to a pawn shop. Nothing hateful or rude was said. Just the truth.
