We had to walk around the bowling alley looking for someone to help us with simple things. We sat for 30 minutes before even being assigned lanes to bowl (on a Monday at 4 p.m) because we couldn't find anyone to help us. We went up to the concession to ask for a cup of cheese for the pretzels that came with the platters because we assumed they forgot to put a cup of cheese on platter instead of honey mustard. After spending over $300 on food they wanted to charge us another $4 for a cup of cheese. In my opinion if you are trying to take your family bowling for a birthday you are better off setting up cones in the alley behind house. DO NOT COME HERE

I didn't see any faults with cleanliness but there was only one guy working the bowling checkin and the bar. Service was slow and not attentive.
