  Love this place! A special shout out to Todd, The evening Casino manager. Had a issue while playing a slot machine, (which details are not important) I was not satisfied with the answer I received on gaming floor, so I requested to speak with Todd. After a very positive, intelligent conversation Todd went above and beyond to make things right. That's what good businesses do. Thanks Todd keep up the good work!

  Booked a room through the website. Well it went to a 3rd party site. I paid over 300.00 for this room. Could not even cancel. When I arrived, I showed the lady at front desk using my phone. She said she knew about it and sent it up to upper management but have not heard anything. So disappointed in prices and not able to cancel if I wanted to. Need to get that 3rd party removed off your site!!!! Room was nice. Loved the hot water and shower. I went down to see my son. We went for crab legs. Very good. Would I stay again? Maybe but I will CALL to make reservations. I would hope next time I don't pay that price.

  I cannot judge the rooms, we came to gamble. Casino is 3 floors with ample game choices. Fun spot with a few restaurants to choose from as well. If you haven't been don't sleep on this spot!

  Fix the elevator, ventilation, handicap access, food and bev service, non smoking section, Kiosk Voucher and reprint card machines. Elevator to 3rd floor casino has been broken for a long time, even the employees have mentioned that. And we have to find an attendant to use the 'service' elevator for the 2 floors. There's no way for a handicap person to get up to the 3rd floor, to enjoy all of the 'public' areas of games. The non smoking section is not enclosed or ventilated well at all with maybe a little over a dozen games. The mid main floor slots are so close together that its hard to manage for someone in a wheelchair. There's barely any bars in the casino with one bartender or no bartender and very few floor wait staff. The ventilation is poor and you can still smell so much cigarette smoke up to the front entrance inside the restaurants. The handicap doors on the entrance are bit difficult to get through and close quickly. Promotions are minimal. Only about half the food on the buffet has any flavor or taste. i wish there were more seafood options and more salad bar toppings. This place needs some serious upgrades.

  I had a staycation from 12/18 until 12/21 We requested housekeeping numerous of times day after day we requested fresh linen and towels at 9am didn't receive them until 8pm that night and then we had to change our bedding by ourselves..expressed this during check out and was basically brushed off thats not ok
