  Had an awesome Moms overnight getaway, on a Thursday, with my bestie. We gambled a little, then spent some time in the hot tub & pool, which we had to ourselves, then we gambled some more. We had a blast and left with more money than we came with. The only regret I have is not dining at the hotel and adding that to the experience.

  It's not a bad place for a casino, but I don't recommend for newcomers. My boyfriend and I have never been to a casino, so we decided to give this one a try. The employees at the customer service windows were no help at all when we didn't understand how things worked there. They honestly didn't seem to understand, either, which makes no sense to me. The way the cards work with the app and machines is truly simple, but not when you have to take multiple steps in the app to get everything set up to play, which NO ONE tells you about. 45 mins later, we finally figured out how the cards and the app work. We did have fun in the end, but our first experience with a casino could have been much better. Management needs to train their employees better if they can't explain to someone new how to set up your card and the app to play. I can't speak for my boyfriend, but I definitely have no plans to return here. I hope the next casino we go to is a better experience.

  The stay was disappointing. The room smelled like cigarettes, the restaurants all closed early and didn't have many options the fitness center was tiny and the pool was dirty

  Ameristar use to be my favorite casino. They have the best player rewards. In May last year I add what use to be ESPNbets to my players cards. I lost all my rewards. After 6 months I finally got them back. Now I get offers then when it comes time to cash in on them the disappear. Super disappointing. I am a preferred member and I half the time don't ever get the Saturday offer.

  What do I cook my heels and go back to yesterday Ameristar when the family owned it I the hotel rooms in Franklin got to get the front entrance way they used to shine the the garage lights everywhere and there's bugs in the rugs they're hard to get rid of to what do they call those damn things for their little black pepperb size the girl in the big bugs and if you can see a movie of the carpet and after 2 to the casino down by the casino down there I never saw them in the hotel room so the dirty all that carpet down the first floor I mentioned the security a couple times you got to check that guys
