- MLMcLaren Lewis3 days ago3.0We had a great in store experience but the booking process for trips was not good at all. We tried to get on a snorkeling trip. It was initially cancelled then rebooked for the next day told it would be cancelled asked for a refund but it didn’t get cancelled and they called us to tell us we didn’t make it 5 minutes before leaving. Bummed we missed it so we got rebooked for the next morning but after booking they emailed us to change the time and now we can no longer go.

After multiple research attempts in locating available merchandise, we weren’t able to find what we were looking for. Fortunately, we got into contact with Jenn, a phone agent, who was a huge help! She quickly and efficiently provided us with the different design and sizing options that were available to us, and was so clear and quick in her communication! When the shirt came in we were thrilled to see that it was exactly as pictured, and that it would be the perfect gift! Thank you Jenn for all of your help!
