I originally gave this place one star as I was walking around a very crowded, and confusing, Maalaea shopping plaza/outdoor mall, trying to figure out both where to park and where to check for the tour. Kinda stressful at 7:30am in a new place you've never been. BUT THEN i found the hole-in-the-wall shop that is Boss Frog's Tour headquarters, and figured out that as long as you have done your waiver, there's no actual "check-in," everything else went AMAZINGLY WELL! So, I guess real estate is expensive, harbors are packed, and crowds - well, they keep the prices down. Most of all the Captain was FANTASTIC, the crew a delight, the price was affordable and they know their stuff! Great boat, great visibility, and we saw some of the most amazing whale activity. In the end, I definitely recommend them.

After multiple research attempts in locating available merchandise, we weren’t able to find what we were looking for. Fortunately, we got into contact with Jenn, a phone agent, who was a huge help! She quickly and efficiently provided us with the different design and sizing options that were available to us, and was so clear and quick in her communication! When the shirt came in we were thrilled to see that it was exactly as pictured, and that it would be the perfect gift! Thank you Jenn for all of your help!
