  Awesome day with these guys in Maui!! Our snorkeling day at Molokini crater was nothing short of amazing!! These guys have all you need for snorkeling and take great care of you while in the water!!! and our time on the boat with Erica and her sidekick (can’t remember her name, she was our bartender!! Great lunch, great conversation!! This is a 1st class tour and we enjoyed our day with these guys!! This is a must do while in Maui!! Aloha❤️🌺

  Just finished watching whales through Boss Frog's and it was great. Did this also two years ago. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us interesting information about identifying whales and there migration patterns. Saw alot of whales with their calves. I'd advise getting there half hour early so you can find a good seat. For whale watching January and February are best.

  We had a great in store experience but the booking process for trips was not good at all. We tried to get on a snorkeling trip. It was initially cancelled then rebooked for the next day told it would be cancelled asked for a refund but it didn’t get cancelled and they called us to tell us we didn’t make it 5 minutes before leaving. Bummed we missed it so we got rebooked for the next morning but after booking they emailed us to change the time and now we can no longer go.

  Impeccable customer service at this location. Store employee made it so easy to get my rental taken cared of and treated me with the best aloha spirit. A big shaka to this location definitely getting rentals here till my next rendezvous in town. Mahalo!

  Great service, but could do with some renovation. We got tickets to a whale seeing trip and the staff was so friendly and chill!
