- MMMatDec 19, 20251.0After watching us snorkel, my wife wanted to join us and rented gear from this shop because it was close to our condo. Staff was friendly but their snorkel gear is sub par. The biggest problem was a flexible snorkel that flopped around and would kink...not great for a beginner! My wife was so frustrated with the equipment that she gave up on even trying snorkeling, even opting not to use the rigid snorkel that I had rented from a different rental store. When my wife returned the rental gear and informed the staff of the issues, they were dismissive and not concerned about her frustrations. Consider going elsewhere!
