  Please go across the street to Auntie Snorkel instead. We walked in to boss frogs to rent a surf board, and were met with a rude employee that obviously didn’t want to help us. He told us prices that were much higher than online, and wouldn’t get up from his seat to help us get boards down. We left and went across the street to Auntie snorkel where we experienced great service, pleasant employees, and better prices.

  Lorenzo really crushed it for us! we got great boards at a great price and he gave us a ton of great tips too. thank you Boss Frog and Lorenzo!

  I don’t normally review places even if the service is bad but man, the guy who works here was extremely rude. At first when I wanted to rent the budget snorkels he already seemed upset but I thought whatever. Honestly had a great time with the gear even the budget gear was awesome but I went to return it same day and he was pissed as soon as he saw me… I started putting the gear in the buckets and he came over and said “wow did you guys swim in the ocean or the beach? Is this how you treat your own stuff?” Mind you, the sand here sticks to EVERYTHING we realized and we did try to get it off but we don’t have control over a lot of stuff at the moment and we have kids so the hotel we stayed at doesn’t have outdoor hoses or anything. If we were at home then of course I’d try harder. I left shaking because of how blatantly rude he was.
