  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kristen was fantastic! She took great care fitting our snorkel gear, making sure everything was comfortable and secure. Calm, patient, and knowledgeable, she never rushed us and answered all our questions. Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel confident heading out. She’s a true asset to this shop — highly recommend stopping in and asking for Kristen!

  Incredibly kind and thorough service, low prices for daily and weekly rates. Sawyer went above and beyond to help us with great recommendations for beginner snorkeling around the island. Our gear was solid, and they even had a huge selection of prescription snorkel masks — they were able to accommodate for my extremely blurry nearsighted vision (-6.5). Would definitely recommend coming here for snorkel gear.

  If Google allowed 10 stars, SAWYER would get 12! We walked in to rent snorkel gear and somehow walked out with a full island master plan, restaurant recommendations, local secrets, AND a luau booked…all thanks to Sawyer. He spent nearly 2 full hours with us, pulled out a map, and basically became our personal Kauai concierge. The man doesn’t just rent gear…he curates experiences! He told us where to go, where not to go, where to eat, where to snorkel, and then answered our phone calls the next day like we were old friends who needed directions from a local legend. Sawyer is the reason our trip went from “nice vacation” to “how do we ever top this?” If you come here and don’t talk to Sawyer, you’re doing Kauai wrong!
