Sawyer was especially helpful, great advice for where specifically to go for snorkeling - “turtle alley” - and snacks - Holey Grail donuts. And was very helpful in figuring out what would be most economical for number of days for rental. Very grateful and delighted that people like Sawyer exist in the world. Can’t recommend highly enough!

- NDNick DNov 13, 20255.0I rented a GoPro from Boss Froger in Koloa, and the whole experience was fantastic. The store manager, Sawyer, was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Because the trail at Waimea Canyon was extremely wet and slippery that day, our hike took much longer than expected, and we couldn’t make it back to the shop before closing. We arrived exactly as the store had closed, and Sawyer was already heading to his car to go home. When I explained the situation, he was very understanding and didn’t hesitate to help. Even after hours, he completed part of the rental for me (since the system was already shut down) and told me I could finish the remaining steps when I returned the camera the next day. He took the time to walk me through how to use the GoPro, gave me an extra memory card and battery, and made sure I had everything I needed for my early morning boat tour. When I came back to return the camera the next morning, we mentioned we were staying on Kauai for a few more days, and he even gave us a bottle of anti-fog solution for our snorkeling goggles. Sawyer truly went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service like this is rare. I highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting Kauai!
