  Good overall. One BAD employee. Overall, Boss Frogs is outstanding. We love them. The equipment is great and the service is outstanding with one exception. We encountered a grumpy store rep in Kehei. We had rented equipment in Kapa’a, Kawaii. The rep there was outstanding going over all the equipment and best places to snorkel. Even told us we could rent for two weeks. Just drop off our equipment in Kaua’i then pick up new equipment in Maui. Very convenient. Well when we went to the store in Maui we expected the same friendly service but didn’t get it. It was either the north or central store. I’m not sure which. But the guy was tall. If you see him just walk out and go to another store about a mile down the road. Everybody else if very helpful. The website is great too with lots of good info about snorkeling conditions, locations and where to get in the water and see the best fish. Unfortunately, grumpy man ruined my day

  We had an amazing experience with Boss Frogs before we even made it to Maui. Joy and Noodle where so knowledgeable and helpful. I had called weeks before we left to find out what was available and if we needed to reserve anything ahead of time which we did not. I spoke with Joy three times before we even left home making sure we could get chairs, umbrellas, life jackets for the kids, and all the snorkel gear we wanted. Besides renting everything we needed we also booked all our activities through Boss Frogs. The price was better and they have all the details for you. It was welcoming to know the staff answering the phone is actually the staff in the stores waiting to assist you. During our stay we visited Boss Frogs 4 times. Either to get more gear or book more activities. Joy fitted our family for everything we needed to snorkel. We rented the new go pro for the week and we're blown away with the ease of use and quality of our photos. Noodle went above and beyond explaining and even showing us on a map the options and the best activities for our family. Noodle answered every question confidently and set our bookings up for us. Thank you Joy and Noodle for making this the best vacation ever!

  My z Evropy, bez větších znalostí anglického jazyka jsme si objednali výlet na velryby,služby úžasné a hlavně mladej týpek, který nám poradil a prodal zájezd byl naprosto fantastický.... Komunikace, vstřícnost a pak napíše do překladu... To je ale zábavná domluva 🤣.... 100% doporučuji, byli jsme velmi spokojeni
