Sue is an absolute credit to Buzz Bingo. From the moment we arrived, she was such a friendly and welcoming face, instantly making us feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to help get us settled in and made sure we were fully accommodated, which really stood out. We had a lovely chat with her - she’s so warm, chatty, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much care into customer experience. She really is an absolute diamond and made our visit all the more enjoyable.

They say voices down to a minimum whilst main stage is in place, it should be no talking at all.they do not tell people off when speaking out loud. Sat up on podium doing nowt, just watching them. Even worse when its staff chatting away. And still to this day, 28th June they still chatting away whilst main stage is on.

I myself have occasionally been to this uplifting destination, especially in the exact yorkshire city behind it's name |(as well as it's nature), most notably with my mum who goes there from time to time,
Buzz Bingo Wakefield, is a fellow one-of-a-kind British bingo-of-a-location, mostly where people & some friends go to for get togethers & catch-ups occasionally.
It's as characterful & uplifting, cleverly imposing hall, the colours of buzz bingo wakefield, make the place look very recognizably appealing, very astounding in which bingo takes to the spotlight.
In addition to the bingo events & raffles that take place time & time again, the service (in which food & drinks are served) is terrific... I also recommend some of the meals & desserts that I've had on previous occasions.
This British Bingo Centre is more of a place for occasional meet-ups/get togethers, and having an enjoyable catch-up than to waste time winning.... it isn't all about winning (even though we all must remember to be wise), it's a place to go to for a good time to remember.
Even though not many go like there use to be, I myself still recommend this wonderously imposing British bingo centre for the characterful atmosphere & great service all-round.

Frequent this venue regularly but tonight I can not help but voice my frustrations.... Firstly the Bar Man Drew is nothing short of dam right rude honestly drew if you don't want to work your shift as that's how it seems just leave instead of pushing your miserable rude persona onto the rest of us... Secondly I overheard a couple of ladies been told that the caller (who was louder than everyone else in the hall... Even without the mic when she wasn't calling) had complained that they was been loud and had customer complaints.... I can confirm been sat at the table next to them that this was nothing short of malicious and nasty... I used to think all the staff here was very friendly but after tonight I will be thinking twice about my return
Added note the lady calling the numbers had the most weirdest calling voice I have ever heard 1 and 9 is nineteen not ninety
