  Avoid visiting unless you want to get hit for car park fines ! Car park entrance clearly signed free parking yet then hit you with fines of £60 or £100 if not paid soon enough. Tried talking with Buzz bingo who blatantly ignored me and the company sending out the fines yet neither wanted to help, clearly more interested in scamming people out of money. Update in response to Buzz bingo I did try to contact you as advised in your reply and i was ignored, checked all spam’s and nothing still never received a reply back even to this day… Ended up with being charged £60 to park during a visit. I won’t be making the same mistake again and will go elsewhere in future.

  Be very careful of the car parking around here one set of massive signs says free weekend parking and yet small easy to miss signs says you have to pay. And the car park company don't are how misleading this can be.

  Went last night with my daughter for the first time absolutely brilliant customer service really helpful staff nothing was too much trouble for any of them thankyou for making our first experience a pleasant one and we even won £50 between us so that was a bonus and the food was lovely too thank you again we will be back soon xx

  I have been coming here for over 13 years, and since the new caller woman has started, and taken over the man who says ‘Well done to you’ I hate it. Bring the man back. She is reading the numbers too quick, and on multiple occasions she hasn’t accepted people’s claims, because she is clicking on to the next number without giving people chance. When people say this, she argues back. This has happened on over 5 occasions in the last month that u have attended, never mind the times when I have not attended; so that is way more than a coincidence. All the years prior, it was very rare for this to happen, I think I have heard it twice in the last 13 years before this. Tonight it happened to me, I shouted loud and clicked claim, but she said she already started the next number, because she is reading them too fast. I shouted as soon as my number popped up, and clicked claim 3 times. What if someone had a processing disability or cannot raise their arm to click the button in time? It is not accessible for all now, with how fast she is reading the numbers. I am going to skip going here anymore and try club 3000. Besides her, everyone else is great.
