- SGStimpy GoatMar 30, 20263.0I vowed I would never step foot in to a Bingo Hall....but it seems I broke my promise to myself. Nowhere near as bad as I thought. Hot drinks were very reasonable. All areas were clean. A large amount of the ladies toilets were out of use for some reason. Staff... bit hit and miss. They expected everyone to know what they were doing. They were advised it was my first time my and that it was the first time at this particular chain for my friends. As such, they were unfamiliar with how things worked. Still no offer of help or any explanations....we mostly had to just work stuff out for ourselves. Not the best customer service.

We had such fun, the team and especially a shout out to Stacy who went above and beyond to make this a special couple of hours, tables together and decorated with balloons. Stacy made sure we all knew what to expect and how to play etc. and kept a great eye on us. It was such fun, and we had a few little wins which cheered the birthday party up. Massive thank you to the team and a huge thank you to Stacy! from everyone at the 80th birthday party.

We went into the hall it was very cold with a couple of mobile heaters, customers sat in their coats. We ordered food for a member off staff to come over saying one of the meals they had run out. The gogo bingo was not available as it wasn't working. The prize money was £30 for a house although tickets were normal price. We have reported and it has been said we have a free main event as a wait for it gesture off good will, when it's buzz bingo fault.
