  Want to take my money out of the fruit machine last night Sunday 10th may , and it said hand payout, so I called staff who preceeded 4 times to reset the machine!! None of this worked so they gave me a slip of paper saying handpayout , but said I would have to come back another day for the money 🙄😳 the manager did nothing didn't even apologise , even though I live an hour away and would have to come back !! REALLY BAD customer service 😒 🙄 How are big company like buzz bingo cant pay money owed to people and make them wait and return for the money they one literally beggars belief!! I will never go to that bingo again

  Staff are helpful & friendly and will happily explain for any newbies. Place is clean & tidy. I can't win for toffee but enjoy trying 😂

  1st time going, invited by friends, excellent place and wasn't expensive, I believe the electronic plays are to hire, but not yet tried until next time, even have slots in the smoking area as I was told... Looking forward to the next visit
