With one part of the White House Beach Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite adjacent to Kessingland beach and the other enclosed by willow trees and shrubs, this is an ideal location for families. The shingle beach is perfect for dog walks, whilst nearby Lowestoft offers a beautiful sandy beach complete with lifeguard safety. In the early summer, the caravan site comes to life with an abundance of vibrant wild flowers. Closeby attractions include Africa Live safari park and the Pleasure Wood Hills theme park. Meanwhile, nature enthusiasts can enjoy fishing and bird watching at Minismere, or a boat excursion on The Broads. Other interesting visits include the picturesque Framlingham Castle and the National Trust’s Horsey Windpump.

- DBDario BianchiJun 12, 20261.0Als Inhaber einer CampingKeyEurope Mitgliedschaft hätten wir eientlich einen Rabatt von £ 15 erhalten sollen. Da ich die Karte nur digital vorweisen konnte und keine physische Karte besitze wurde mir keinen Rabatt gewährt, obwohl mir dies bei anderen Club Plätzen sowie dem Netzwerk angehängten Plätzen gewährt wurde. Für £ 45 die Nacht gabs dann einen der wenigen Grasplätze in der hintersten Ecke des Platzes, wo es übel nach Kläranlage roch. Andere Grassplätze sind alle sehr uneben und die im Plan eingetragenen ebenen Plätze existierten nicht. Das Personal war pingelig und nicht kooperativ. Nicht-Mitglieder des Caravanclubs will man dort nicht. Nahe Leiston gibt einen sehr schönen Holiday Park. Lieber dorthin fahren. Der Campingplatz und die Umgebung sind viel schöner.

The Maintenance staff were so helpful with some issues we had with our own caravan, they were so accommodating and very willing to help, thank you. It’s a very clean campsite. Also, a good location for a quick walk to the local pub & chippy. We will definitely be back 😊
- HLHev LorMay 2, 20264.0Beach site only for camping with no awnings & was fully booked so was in other grass site which was actually better for our dog. Lots of birds. Hot showers but no bench. There were white stools to use instead but top one looked grubby. Had to hang everything up & put my glasses in my coat pocket for safety. Shelf for doing your hair very thin so only just managed to balance my bag on it. Close to pebbly beach, bus 20 mins from site to Southwold or Beccles, Norwich. Sailor's Home pub nearby with bands, food, drink & dog friendly so all you need with good prices. Chip shop up the road & also one on Parkdean site close by.

Can non-members book campsites online?
Yes, non-members can book selected Club campsites online. Non-members are required to pay an additional supplement of �15 per night to stay upon arrival at site. Tent pitches can also be booked online, there is no non-member supplement to be paid when booking a tent pitch.
Does the Club own any overseas sites?
We work closely with over 310 campsites which are regularly visited and inspected by Club staff. We don't own or directly manage any overseas sites.

Do I need a different driving licence for driving a motorhome or towing a caravan?
If you passed your test before 1st January 1997, you are able to drive any combination of car and caravan, or any motorhome with a weight of up to 7500kg (or 8250kg with a trailer). If your licence starts after 1st January 1997 then you can drive a car and caravan with a combined maximum weight of 3500kg (or 4250kg to include a small trailer weighing no more than 750kg). You can also drive a motorhome with a weight of up to 3500kg (with a small trailer of up to 750kg, or a heavier trailer if the combined maximum weight is no more than 3500kg). For all drivers aged 70 and over, the motorhome weight allowance is reduced to 3500kg maximum weight, unless a medical report is supplied.

How do I access the free Wi-Fi?
When you arrive at the campsite, you will be able to access FREE Wi-Fi (for basic browsing and emails only) after registering on the portal. The portal is only available when you are located in the hotspot area on a Club campsite offering Wi-Fi.
Where on the site will the hotspot be located?
The wireless hotspot will be located close to reception. Sharing a limited bandwidth with others may also vary the speed of service with some sites being a distance from the exchange. Our service is suitable for basic web surfing and emails but not updates or streaming e.g. BBC iPlayer and YouTube.
Do I have to be a member to stay on a UK campsite?
Non-members are welcome to book and stay at many of the Club campsites, however there are some that are member-exclusive. This information is available on each individual campsite webpage. Members may bring friends or family too, as long as they stay for the same duration.
How long can you stay on a Club Campsite?
Yes, however, if you have multiple pitch types booked within the duration of your stay, it may not be possible for you to remain on the same pitch for your entire stay. During busy periods you will potentially need to move to the pitch(es) you originally booked.
Can I stay on Club campsites with a tent?
It�s likely that since the Directory was printed, the campsite has withdrawn from our network and so will not appear online. If you feel that there is still an error, please phone us on 01342 327 490.
Can I book different pitch types throughout a stay?

Are trailer tents and folding campers welcome?
Boats aren�t designed to be used for accommodation on land and so, unfortunately, we don�t accept them on our campsites. The only exception to this is Wilderness Boats, which are small canal boats that are purposely designed for dual use on the land and in the water. Are roof top tents welcome?
New members can have online access as little as one hour after joining online. Your email confirmation containing your membership number usually arrives within 48 hours of joining online.
Are boats on trailers welcome?
You can include a joint member to your membership free of charge. Additional family members can be added for �10 each. Joint and family members must live at the same address as the lead member and be over 18 years old.
If I become a member online, how quickly will I be able to book UK Club campsites?
If you are the full member you can amend your membership details under My Profile. You can also amend your membership details, including amending joint or family members, by using Webchat or phoning our membership services line.
