  Unfortunately, our experience at Buzz Bingo was disappointing overall. I would not recommend visiting if you're new and dont have someone who's been before. The customer service at the tickets desk was poor. One woman in particular came across rude, blunt, and ultimately unhelpful, despite us clearly explaining that we were new and unsure of the process altogether. Her attitude was so off-putting that I even checked in with my partner to make sure I hadn’t been rude myself - if anything, I went out of my way to be overly polite in an effort to diffuse her tone. It put a dampener on the evening before it had even started. Disappointing. The main hall itself was fairly standard, but bar service was also lacking. The majority of the night there was a queue, slow service, and general disorganisation. On a Saturday evening, better staffing and planning would be expected. There were some genuinely friendly and pleasant staff members, which made the experience more frustrating, as we didn’t encounter enough of them in key customer-facing roles. Overall, it’s not an experience we’d recommend or be keen to repeat anytime soon.
