  We visited the Trek store in Bicester three times while choosing a bike for my son’s birthday, and from our very first visit, we couldn’t have asked for better service. On each occasion we dealt with Ben, who was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, understood our son’s needs, and helped us find the right bike without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge, patience and friendly approach really made the whole experience so much easier. Because of how the bikes come into stock, we were advised to place a deposit to secure the bike we wanted. What was especially helpful was that Ben offered to keep it in store for us for over a month until we were ready to collect it which meant we could have everything sorted well in advance of his birthday. We collected the bike today and our son is absolutely thrilled, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile. The store itself is clean, tidy and welcoming, and the little touches like offering drinks and biscuits really made a difference especially with my children! A massive shout-out to Ben for looking after us so well across all three visits, and to the whole Trek Bicester team. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and getting things right. Thank you for making such an important birthday purchase feel so easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back.

  Incredible service and help from the team, I've purchased a number of bikes and recently one for a family member. I honestly can't thank the teams enough, they're helpful from sale to service, even helping me when I've messed up fitting aftermarket products. They're actual riders looking out for actual riders!

  My sist.\nER has a wheelchair and they change the tyres.When they are flat, they are mountain bike tyres for a very reasonable cost and very quickly.This is the best service i've experienced for value for money even though I do like to support independent bike shops. Morally , they are fantastic people and the services fantastic
