  I can highly recommend this store and the key part is the staff. What a great service I have received from buying the bike to helping me choose the best one for me. After care is great always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again and see you again.

  Went to pick up my bike from Trek today after getting a second-hand bike serviced and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Dan was super friendly, patient and incredibly helpful throughout, taking the time to chat through everything properly which was massively appreciated as I’m still fairly new to road cycling. The team got the bike sorted and ready to ride, and I was also told about their regular group rides which genuinely got me excited to get more involved in the cycling community. I’ll definitely be joining one soon. Huge thanks again to Dan and the team, highly recommend!
