  Nice site our pitch was on a slope but chocs made it level. Friendly staff and good facilities. Nice walk into Cromer and Sheringham.

  Nice peaceful site, 15 minutes walk into Cromer, bus stop outside the main entrance.

  We arrived on Friday at around 7pm, we are a family with 3 young boys, as we was last in there was only one pitch available on service pitch, after 3hrs of driving my boys started playing around our van, they do this at every site we go to. The next morning my wife took our dog for a walk only to have an old man on a pitch in Infront of us banging on his window and shouting at my wife because the dog walked on the grass on the side of his pitch, he was on hard standing just like us and the grass was nothing to do with his pitch, oh and our dog just walked on it and was not doing it's business, anyway we just thought it was a grumpy old man and he was packing up anyway. Later that morning my wife went to wash up some dishes and was confronted by the warden, in front of others washing up she first called my wife mrs Triddle when our last name is Tibble and then Infront of everyone there started saying they have had a complete about our kids playing football outside our pitch and being nosey. One we don't have any balls with us and my boys don't even like football. Two my kids was only playing at a normal leave and ONLY outside till 8pm. They tried the park first but with the swings taken away and other bits taped off you can't really call it a park. My wife was not happy being spoken to like this in front of other people there, the old man clearly told lies but the warden preferred to take this up with my wife in front of other people than to knock on a van or call us (she called when we was getting late to check in) This warden was rude to my wife and unprofessional in every way, the site is advertised as family friendly with a park, there was nothing friendly about this site and it doesn't welcome families, it also does not have a working park. This ruined our weekend break, we go to loads of caravan and motorhome club sites most weekends but have never had a complete about our well-behaved kids or been spoken to in such a rude and unprofessional way. The warden needs to go and the site needs to ask it self are we family friendly and if not stop advertising as one. I have written a strong letter of complaint to the head office and world advise anyone with kids to think again before booking this site at the moment. The site itself was well kept and clean like all the other caravan and motorhome clubs are, the pool was not open and looked a little sorry for itself but the rest of the site is lovely.
