- PDPaul Dean5 days ago5.0Stayed in a static caravan on this site it was clean and the staff were fantastic it's location is ideal for a base when visiting the Norfolk broads. The site itself is very peaceful. There are shops locally and a public house just a short walk from the site Point to note there is no onsite entertainment or shops. In my opinion this site is better suited for adults.
- BBBrandweermanJun 21, 20264.0My wife and I visited this Caravan and Motorhome Club site as part of a 'road trip' in our motorhome. This site does advertise that check-in is from 1pm. We arrived at approximately 12:45 and parked up in their small car park space to wait for 1pm. Almost immediately a gentleman approached and told us we must leave and go and park in a lay by just down the road, and come back at 1pm which we did. On arrival at 1pm we were approached by a lady who confirmed our booking and directed us to our pitch, and told us to go to the reception when it was open, which was kinda strange, as a sign said the reception was open from 9am. However, we did that and checked in.. the rest of the stay was pleasant, a nice site with good facilities for visiting campers, and very clean. I was pleased to find an enclosed dog walk area when dogs can be off lead, albeit quite small. All in all a nice few days there, but the initial encounter with the gentleman was disappointing. Hence only 4 stars.
- HHH HJun 9, 20265.0Had a lovely quiet stay at Norfolk Broads CAMC site. We spent 7 nights there and it was very well kept, clean facilities and very quiet. There are lots of showers and toilets in the facilities so plenty of capacity for the size of the site. There is also an accessible shower & toilet (radar key). We were on a serviced pitch and had no issues at all. Lovely site and we will definitely stay here again.

Can non-members book campsites online?
Yes, non-members can book selected Club campsites online. Non-members are required to pay an additional supplement of �15 per night to stay upon arrival at site. Tent pitches can also be booked online, there is no non-member supplement to be paid when booking a tent pitch.
Does the Club own any overseas sites?
We work closely with over 310 campsites which are regularly visited and inspected by Club staff. We don't own or directly manage any overseas sites.
How do I book an overseas site?

Do I need a different driving licence for driving a motorhome or towing a caravan?
If you passed your test before 1st January 1997, you are able to drive any combination of car and caravan, or any motorhome with a weight of up to 7500kg (or 8250kg with a trailer). If your licence starts after 1st January 1997 then you can drive a car and caravan with a combined maximum weight of 3500kg (or 4250kg to include a small trailer weighing no more than 750kg). You can also drive a motorhome with a weight of up to 3500kg (with a small trailer of up to 750kg, or a heavier trailer if the combined maximum weight is no more than 3500kg). For all drivers aged 70 and over, the motorhome weight allowance is reduced to 3500kg maximum weight, unless a medical report is supplied.

How do I access the free Wi-Fi?
When you arrive at the campsite, you will be able to access FREE Wi-Fi (for basic browsing and emails only) after registering on the portal. The portal is only available when you are located in the hotspot area on a Club campsite offering Wi-Fi.
Where on the site will the hotspot be located?
The wireless hotspot will be located close to reception. Sharing a limited bandwidth with others may also vary the speed of service with some sites being a distance from the exchange. Our service is suitable for basic web surfing and emails but not updates or streaming e.g. BBC iPlayer and YouTube.
Do I have to be a member to stay on a UK campsite?
Non-members are welcome to book and stay at many of the Club campsites, however there are some that are member-exclusive. This information is available on each individual campsite webpage. Members may bring friends or family too, as long as they stay for the same duration.
How long can you stay on a Club Campsite?
Yes, however, if you have multiple pitch types booked within the duration of your stay, it may not be possible for you to remain on the same pitch for your entire stay. During busy periods you will potentially need to move to the pitch(es) you originally booked.
Can I stay on Club campsites with a tent?
It�s likely that since the Directory was printed, the campsite has withdrawn from our network and so will not appear online. If you feel that there is still an error, please phone us on 01342 327 490.

Are trailer tents and folding campers welcome?
Boats aren�t designed to be used for accommodation on land and so, unfortunately, we don�t accept them on our campsites. The only exception to this is Wilderness Boats, which are small canal boats that are purposely designed for dual use on the land and in the water. Are roof top tents welcome?
New members can have online access as little as one hour after joining online. Your email confirmation containing your membership number usually arrives within 48 hours of joining online.
Are boats on trailers welcome?
You can include a joint member to your membership free of charge. Additional family members can be added for �10 each. Joint and family members must live at the same address as the lead member and be over 18 years old.
