After an unknown issue was discovered with my existing bike frame, Keith went above and beyond by staying late to strip the bike and arrange a new frame. I had explained that I urgently needed the bike back for a charity event on Monday, and he managed to turn everything around within 24 hours. The level of care, professionalism and commitment was absolutely first class. I’m over the moon with the service I received from Trek Edinburgh, and especially from Keith. It’s rare to get customer service this good, and I really appreciate the effort they made to keep me on the road. A genuine 5 out of 5 experience. Highly recommended.
