  First class service. I took my Canyon Road bike here after it had been knocked around whilst being shipped back to the UK. Not only were the teams really friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating with timings - they only charged me £8. Honestly, I’d have paid £8 for the service and 5/10x that for fixing my bike. They even threw in a quick fitting. I dealt with Paddy and two of the lads on the front desk (apologies I didn’t get your names). Would highly recommend without any doubt!

  Can't praise the helpful, friendly staff enough! Becky's warm welcome and Reuben's technical knowledge were excellent. Thanks for the time you spent explaining every detail of the new bike, I couldn't be happier with my purchase 😄

  Travelled 25 miles only to find you're not able to try bikes in store without advance notice, they have to get them ready a few days in advance. I literally only wanted to sit on a bike. But no. Once they build it and you go back, they will order you the bike. It didn't seem to register that i was just sizing up, even after trying to point it out (but obv you buy online for a better price). I might have been persuaded to make a purchase if the customer service had been right. Also I wasn't going to mention this but after reading other reviews: during my conversation with the sales girl, there was a period of around ten seconds where she got very close to my face and made a point of staring at my alopecia patches on my hairline, eyes very obviously moving up to my hairline. She looked away then looked again very closely. It doesn't say much about someone who spots something like that on another female and goes out of their way to make her feel self conscious for no reason at all. For the girl, it's called androgenic Alopecia, you should look it up and familiarise yourself with it so you don't go making yourself look bad incase you meet someone else with it in the future.

  I took my tubeless tyre into this shop which was leaking air. I was just on my way for a long trip - they looked at it straight away, gave me some really good advice and reassured me about using it over the weekend. Top class bike shop.
