- RSRavivarman SelvanayagamSep 4, 20265.0Huge thanks to Reuben and Becky for being absolutely brilliant! They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain everything properly and making sure I had the right setup rather than just trying to sell me something. The whole experience was genuinely great, and their customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful staff.
- MQMx Dennis QueenSep 4, 20265.0Called with a wheel (chair) emergency - you were awesome! 😉🙏🏻 TLDR: Thank you so much for assembling the wheelchair wheel that we desperately needed, so that my friend could safely get mobile again and fly home to the US. Your service was friendly, supportive and you did excellent work, which was very affordable. STORY: We ordered a new wheel when spokes broke. It arrived from Birmingham in 3 pieces. Called every 'mobility' shop in Greater Manchester and nobody would help assemble it, because it wasn't bought there. In desperation we realised you were near us and we called - just in case you could help us, even if only to get the tyre part on. In less than 1.5 minutes you said, "Yes we can put that together' with absolute confidence. An hour later we had collected a perfect wheel, in one piece, including the push rail. We cannot thank you enough for this urgent work. You've been fantastic . Moral of the story: mobility shops are shit - and you are the best bike shop in the known universe. P.S.we don't need the broken wheel after all.
