  very aggressive staff without common sense and respect I drove 2 hours to this pool I came with my husband and my two children I tried to make an appointment online and I couldn't I wanted to pay directly there and they wouldn't let me the guys who are in charge of checking in and putting bracelets on my hands were talking among themselves not to let us in my little children started crying from the heat because it was 40 degrees outside... I don't recommend this pool 👎👎👎👎👎

  The online booking system has eliminated those 5 hours queues. Nice atmosphere, lovely pool and changing areas. Has a cafe and a grassy area that has some shade from trees, especially as the afternoon wears on. Nice paddling pool for the toddlers. Each session is 4 and 1/2 hours long and they have lane swimming and membership if you prefer that to day tickets. There is a car park and, inside the entrance gate, has lots of bicycle racks.

  Tooting Lido is glorious! A really big pool and even on the hottest day of the year there's enough space, especially if all you want is a dip (might be a bit crowded in the lanes for proper swimming). Water was 23C today I think, so just perfect for being cooling without being freezing. There's lots of room around the pool for sunbathing, and, if you prefer shade like me, there is a big garden with trees which is just perfect. I thought £10 was a bit much for a swim, but given how long you can stay it is actually very reasonable, just get there at the start of the session if you want the most value out of it. I love that you can bring your own picnic if you like, but there is also a cafe with very friendly staff, if you'd rather buy food and drink there. Iced coffees were £5. I saw some reviews about limited locker space so I didn't bring any valuables except my phone, which I kept with me in a waterproof case, so that wasn't really an issue. It's also very easy to find if you take the 319 bus, there's a stop for the lido, and it's signposted from the road.

  I go here regularly as its an outdoor pool and I like to swim! They pay for 8 security guards to take spoons off you instead of having staff that correctly check bookings or have any customer service skills. System is a shambles. Paid normal price last week with no warning on booking that there were no showers and the oldest portaloos at the deep end instead of loos. Last Saturday on a quiet rainy day about 30 mins before afternoon session closed, I left a ring on poolside which apparently was not found - I don't believe as it was in front of the life guard chair. If you want to return i'd be grateful.

  A family favourite. We have taken many friends over the years and it has become a favourite place for all. The morning session has little shade and is generally quite active. The afternoon session has shade along one length of the pool and has a very chilled vibe. The duration of sessions is great. Well worth the cost. Lifeguards on all sides of the pool at all times. Baby pool too. Lawn for sunbathing also. Very fun and safe atmosphere. Great cafe, although prices have gone up over the years. £6 for chips is excessive!
