UBX delivers a unique mix of boxing and strength training across a 12 round circuit: 6 rounds of boxing bagwork or padwork with a coach, and 6 rounds involving a combination of functional strength, cardio and conditioning movements. Each day is different and expertly programmed by a team of experts. We offer the ultimate flexibility so you can get the most out of your membership.     UBX Hammersmith has gotten me back loving boxing and fitness again, the ridiculously flexible training times made it so easy to pop in whenever I wanted , all the coaches have been amazing they really push you 🤣 since joining I have lost 2 stone (may2026) it was a pleasure to be able to be a member

    Chris and all the trainers have created an amazing atmosphere which has made starting out as beginner very easy and enjoyable. There are a wide range of excercises which change daily - always keeping it interesting. Have loved it so far 👊
