  Place is going down hill rapidly. Been coming for 3 years and over the last 6 mths there's no 'buzz' to Buzz Bingo anymore. Just countless go go games with only £10 houses for a £1 a game. Countless staff trying to upsell you more and more and squeeze every penny to the point of it becoming tiring. Just tonight was promised it was 5 x £100 games then a money mountain of £100, £200, £300, £400 & finally £500. Paid just short of £50 to get in and they changed the games to 7 x £50, then a £100, £200 and finally a £500 (perfect definition of mis-selling). This was much to the disappointment of many customers shouting 'Wheres the money mountain!?". Shame it lacks a fun community vibe now and has become a very obvious cash cow that doesn't have the customers fun at heart. If your happy with never ending go go games at £1 each and I quote, " all 8 boards are just £1 each and don't forget your bonus light" and then sets the prize at only £10, Extremely loud drunken pool players who just shout by the bar and who are there souly for the half price Carling! While the staff say nothing then this place is definitely for you. PS as another reviewer highlighted I've been paying £50+ per person too for the last 6 months and oddly not a single win. Have noted the 'usuals' are getting wins (sometimes even 2-3 wins) every time they go! Definitely suspicious this probability for a random game? I await the generic customer services reply.....

  First time playing Bingo here and I’d highly recommend it! If you're a new member, definitely sign up for the £10 promotion—it covers your bingo, a meal, and a drink, which is amazing value. Registering on the app was easy, and the staff made getting our membership cards a breeze. The food was a highlight; I had the classic burger and chips, which were delicious. The chips in particular are spot on! The drinks are also very reasonably priced, which was a bonus. A huge thank you to Jo, who was incredibly friendly and helped us navigate our first visit! Just a heads-up that the bar closed a bit earlier than we expected, but the casino/slots area stays open much later if you want to keep the night going.

  Its my first time at a bingo hall and honestly it was great. The drinks are cheap as (if you go to the bar don't order through tablet ha) and the pricing isn't to shabby in general. Had a brilliant night but the only thing letting it down is it could do with a bit of a refurbishment pretty much around the entire building and food was poor but a suppose you don't really go for that kind of thing so its me being picky. Will definitely return.
