My wife and 2 friends attend the bingo regularly. They chose Wednesday because they like the main session game that includes all players receiving a raffle ticket. When someone wins a full house the corresponding raffle ticket number wins £50.
Last night the manager decided to stop the raffle tickets being given out even though most of the players had received them. Instead he decided to have 2 full house games on the same ticket. The first caller of the full house received the house prize of £100 the second caller £50. According to the manager this was as fair as the raffle tickets that are usually given.
My wife raised the fact that it was not the same as people on electronic boards had 100s of chances of winning the 2nd game whilst the people on paper only had 6. She pointed out that they should have been given prior notice of this, thus enabling them to decide if they still wanted to go. Some guests had travelled from Bolton because they had heard about the extra chance to win with the matching raffle ticket numbers.
The manager on duty blamed the General Manager and said he had no choice but to change things.
It was utter chaos. The person who was managing last night is totally unprofessional unapproachable and not interested in listening to what customers have to say.
There were a lot of unhappy players last night.

I really enjoyed my time here today, your staff are polite and clearly enjoy their jobs. Last time I went here was last year and had horrendous visit. Even with it being very quiet, you can win big on the games, the staff make it so much fun, from the callers, bar team and reception.i honestly can't recommend enough, I enjoyed it so much I'm back tonight lol just need a win.
Your team are fab and I'm glad my visit is 110% better this time round. Thank you

went there on a trip from our local bingo it was mostly an enjoyable evening however on the first game of main stage bingo a live link there was no effort to keep order while the game was on as there was a shocking level of noise but hats off to the lady behind the bar definitely worked for her money but she should of had help to keep the waiting time down

Absolutely appalled by the service I received today. Food ordered at 6pm and still waiting at 8.15pm. No communication as to what was happening, other than our party of 4 chasing. The lady in charge has refused let us go elsewhere to bring some hot food in. We've travelled from Leeds and haven't eaten since breakfast.
