  We had an incredible stay in one of the yurts this weekend. We usually camp with tents but are getting to the age where this is getting more challenging. The yurt had everything we needed a comfy bed, bedding, electricity, a fridge and kitchen equipment, we loved it! The staff were so friendly, toilet and showers were great and what we really loved was Stan and Ollie’s food! I had steak, chips and mushrooms on the Saturday night and my boyfriend had cod, chips and mushy peas - it was delicious and were so lovely and friendly 🥰 we would definitely go back again!

  Really spacious and clean campsite. Staff were very helpful, always chatty and friendly. We went during a school week, so peaceful and quiet. They do yurts and canvas tents if you don't have your own vehicle. Football pitch for the kids. Ideal for a base as we went to Dover castle ( allow a whole day there, there really is so much to see ) You can park a motorhome in the upper carpark, max height 3m ( but could go a little bit more, not 4m, width 3m. Entrance is narrow but we just managed it in our motorhome. Overflow carpark further down ) We followed the campsite instructions to get there but it's a bit further ( past the fuel station on your right) than you might think. Once you turn right into botolph bridge road, beware, its narrow and windy, the cars coming towards you don't understand speed limits. You turn left at Botolph inn, ( beware of cars parked at angles outside the inn, you may have to go in the ditch a bit. We had to with our motorhome ) that road too is very narrow but visibility is better. We loved the site but getting through these roads was quite fraught, unfortunately it's not one for us to repeat. Overall our stay was great but getting through the 2 roads needs consideration.

  Stayed at the Daleacres site twice in June 2026, both for simple 1-night stop-overs on the way to and from LeShuttle with our campervan. We picked a serviced pitch one night and a standard pitch the other night. Both were a good size, clean, tidy and level. Overall a great site, friendly and helpful staff, very clean facilities and well located for the Channel. We were there on weekend evenings and the facilities block did get quite busy. A food-van was there both nights/mornings we stayed, the food was excellent. We really liked the site and will certainly use it again.

  Schön ruhig und gepflegt. Wir hätten uns noch Wanderwegbeschreibungen gewünscht welche direkt vom Campingplatz wegführen. Hunde sind erlaubt. Es hat eine grosse Spielwiese damit sich der Vierbeiner austoben und mit anderen Hunden spielen kann.
